We had a great morning at the museum! Lot's of things to occupy everyone! (Even me!) The kids loved it all and it was hard to drag them away! Marchbanks Family Reunion!

We just spent a wonderful 4 days together with our family at our 2nd Annual Marchbanks Family Reunion. Jenny and Nate were in charge this year and they decided that this year we would do a "staycation". Jenny was in charge and she found an amazing bargain! We purchased "Salt Lake City Connect Passes". They were $20 and it gave us admission to some of the major Salt Lake area attractions! Hogle Zoo, Clark Planetarium, Discovery Gateway Children's Museum, Living Planet Aquarium, Snowbird Tram, and many more. Right now you can buy the passes for$20.00 for two days! One day you even get lunch at The Lion House Pantry (a $10.00 value). Check out this link! http://www.visitsaltlake.com/connectpass/ Utah's best kept secret! (try to find a cool day to go!)
Our first day we started at Hogle Zoo! Then we went to one of my very favorite little restaurants in Salt Lake for lunch... Gormandise Bakery! So yummy! (I might add that the air conditioning was FABULOUS!) Then we headed home for dinner at a park by Nate and Jenny's. They set up a "hill billy waterslide" and we had a blast! Yummy food and the view of Utah Valley was spectacular! (More day's to follow!)

Granny... Let's do a project!

Abby and Audrey were kind of bored...and wanted to "do a project" so we decided to make some bread! They loved it!
Here Abby... have some yummy dough!

Look what we made! Cinnamon bread!

Fun for ME!

My beautiful granddaughter Taylor had a soccer camp at BYU this week! She and her friend Micayle came to stay with us! We loved every minute! She is growing up way to fast! Love you Tay!

Taylor and Micayle

I Love This!

I was on my way to work on Tuesday and I came in the living room and found this darling group! Abby was playing quietly with her babies...and she had them all set up in fine style!

Is it really that hot?

These kids were sure it was hot enough to fry an egg on the sidewalk...(114 degrees) so we tried! It actually kind of "baked"... fun experiment... not great results!

It Never Fails!

You've gotta love goofy girls! We go shopping and they are always up for a fun picture! They try to find the ugliest thing they can...and they still look darling in it! Seriously...
