Casual Bloggers Conference

We are in Salt Lake at the Casual Bloggers Conference! A whole new world! I am amazed at the number of woman (mostly mom's) that have blogs! It is so awesome!
We are here with Screamin Coupons promoting deals to the bloggers. Who knew you could make good money while blogging? We have learned plenty in the past two days! Matt presented at the opening session and the woman loved it! We got a lot of blogs that want to advertise for us...and in turn they will make some great money! We are so excited to see where this new venture goes! We are giving away a free I Pad to a lucky conference goer! These woman are all about winning it! Well if you haven't signed up for Screamin Coupons yet... do it now! The deals start on Tuesday!
Here is the Deseret New's article:
Matthew Marchbanks came to the event to promote his franchise of Screamin' Coupons. Bloggers can put a Screamin' Coupons widget on their site and get paid anytime a reader clicks on that link to buy a coupon.
"The bloggers make up at least 40 percent of the community we're trying to go after," Marchbanks said. "I think this is really the way to spread this throughout the country."

Glen ~ Dallas ~ Suzan
We had a fun weekend with Suzan and Glen and Dallas's sisters and his little nephew. We went up the canyon to Rusty's for a delicious dinner! Thanks Glen! It was so yummy!

Dallas and Glen... best friends!

Proud in-laws!
After the Commencement we went to the reception in the Sharwan Smith building... and ran into Hyrum Smith...my cousin. Sharwan is Hyrum's daughter that was killed in a car accident in 1995. Sharwan was very involved in Student Govt at SUU. The building was built and bears her name in remembrance.
Then we ran into Amy Davis and her mom! They were there for her brother that was graduating. It was so fun to visit with them.
My birth grandfather was the model for this poster... Who knew?

I lived in this tiny home in Cedar when I was a little girl. I lived with my Grandma Belle's sister Laura and her husband. I remember the current bushes out front... and the yummy jam she made!
