Here he is with all his buddies...

Glen ~ Dallas ~ Suzan
We had a fun weekend with Suzan and Glen and Dallas's sisters and his little nephew. We went up the canyon to Rusty's for a delicious dinner! Thanks Glen! It was so yummy!

Dallas and Glen... best friends!

Proud in-laws!
After the Commencement we went to the reception in the Sharwan Smith building... and ran into Hyrum Smith...my cousin. Sharwan is Hyrum's daughter that was killed in a car accident in 1995. Sharwan was very involved in Student Govt at SUU. The building was built and bears her name in remembrance.
Then we ran into Amy Davis and her mom! They were there for her brother that was graduating. It was so fun to visit with them.
My birth grandfather was the model for this poster... Who knew?

I lived in this tiny home in Cedar when I was a little girl. I lived with my Grandma Belle's sister Laura and her husband. I remember the current bushes out front... and the yummy jam she made!

Kaylie's wedding

After Lizzy got married I didn't really think about the fact that we would never have a bride get ready in our home again! However when Kaylie came over and as she was getting ready I got teary eyed just thinking how exciting it was to have her there! What a fun morning we had!
Beautiful Kaylie came over early in the morning and Lizzy set up a makeshift "salon" for her and did her hair and makeup! It was so fun to watch her and know that her life was about to change forever! It was a really special morning! Thanks Kaylie for bringing the joy of that moment home again!

Here they are getting ready!

An exclusive salon... Not! But so fun anyway! Nothing like being on your knees having your makeup done! What a champ you are Kaylie!

Here she is off to the temple!

Here are Kaylie and Bryce at the reception that evening!
The whole day was beautiful and so fun! We loved being part of all of it...from start to finish! Kaylie we love you so much and we are so grateful you are part of our family..and Bryce too!

Bountiful Baskets!

Lizzy taught me a new trick today! She called last Monday and had me get online and order a "Bountiful Basket" for $15.00. It is a co-op of people that buy produce together. I had never heard about it...but she heard about it in Cedar. We had to be there at 8:45 to pick it up. It was well worth the effort!

Here are the volunteers setting it up for us.

Baskets Baskets and more baskets!

We each got a fruit basket and a vegetable basket!
For $15 we got bananas, apples, black berries, pineapple, cantaloupe, potatoes, carrots, broccoli, chard, lettuce, tomatoes, and more things I can't remember! Starting in 2 weeks it pick up will be every week in PG at the Lincoln Academy. Remember to get on line Monday at 4:00 to sign up! You can also get 5 loaves of whole grain bread for $10.00 more. I LOVED IT!
