4th of July Weekend

It started early on Monday at 5:00 AM! Hal and I went down to save a place for the Freedom Festival parade! Most of our kids were gone for the weekend...it was a bit weird to say the least. Becca and Levi went to Lake Powell...and came home sick with the flu.. Jenny and Nate were in Idaho and Ryan couldn't get the girls to wake up that early...

Hal was not happy with the crazy people that show up at the last minute and try to sit in front of you.... saving a spot is not his favorite thing to do... not even close.

Then it was off to Breakfast at Mimi's

Then we went to Matt and Angie's for a fun neighborhood party. Lots of yummy food and fireworks for the kids!

Hal showed the kids how they could use a firecracker...legal ones of course..and blow a can up in the air....and they did it over and over again!
